At Durian Boxing Gym, our boxing curriculum is purposefully designed to build skill, confidence and community within our members.
We offer 6 types of classes, a diversity unseen in malaysia, each class focuses on one particular aspect of boxing, through our curriculum every member leaves the gym as an improved boxer.

Fundamentals Boxing
For beginners, the perfect introduction to boxing fundamentals For all, a comprehensive review to master the basics
With our coaches giving step by step instructions, with intricate emphasis placed on every move, when, why and how.
Combination Punching
Practice seamless transitions between punches while maintaining optimal fighting stance. Have confidence in throwing of punches in a quick and strategic sequence, successfully disrupting an opponents defense
Counter-Defense
Practice maintaining defensive fundamentals during both offensive and defensive exchanges, whether in the pocket or out in long range.
Master ring control and fight tempo through effective pressure and movement.
Power Pads
Master the mechanics of power generation through proper body alignment and weight transfer.
Develop techniques to set up and land fight-changing power shots and learn to deliver maximum force while maintaining pinpoint accuracy and balance.

Master the integration of all boxing elements - offense, defense, footwork, and strategy - into one fluid fighting style.
